I chose AER Support to design our new bilingual Bed and Breakfast website as I had already seen some of their creations but I was particularly impressed by their quick response to the pitch and their immediate understanding of what we were looking for.
I’m a firm believer that first impressions are really vital, (especially if they are negative) but AER Support got full marks right from the start!
The two major difficulties (in my humble opinion) that AER Support handled to perfection was the creation of the site in both French and English languages with precious input from their copywriter who brilliantly rewrote the English text – more than 30 years living in France has left me with a lack of fluency in my mother tongue!
The other challenge was to recreate and encapsulate the real essence and atmosphere of our beautiful yet quirky provincial french guesthouse. Steve immediately understood our brief and was quick to come up with stylish and personalised design solutions and suggestions. None of which we refused I might add!
He was always quick to respond and a total joy to work with, a true professional!
I will certainly be calling on AER Support for further web assignments and I would certainly recommend their services to both clients, colleagues and friends on either side of the channel!
